Frequently asked questions
Is the 366-litre capacity suitable for my needs?
The Berjaya model in this category offers 366 litres, which suits storing frozen food in larger quantities for restaurants, shops, or households that stock up regularly. Estimate how much you need to store at once and leave some space so cold air can circulate well. If you need to check dimensions against your available space, ask our advisory team before ordering.
What kinds of products suit the -18°C to -12°C temperature range?
The -18°C to -12°C range suits frozen foods such as meat, seafood, ice cream, and prepared frozen meals. Keep the cabinet at a steady temperature, limit how often you open the lid, and avoid overloading it so the cold stays even. If your products need a different temperature, please check carefully before buying.
How much does the Berjaya freezer cost and how do I get a quote?
This product is currently quote-only, so its price is not listed on the website. Please contact our sales team for an accurate quote, which is usually returned within 4 business hours. Is a chest freezer with a hard lid suitable for me, and is it energy efficient?
A horizontal freezer with a hard lid suits long-term storage, and keeping the lid closed as much as possible helps maintain a steady temperature. Energy consumption information is not included in the product data we have, so please check the technical specifications or ask our staff.
