Warranty Policy
I. Return Policy
- Returns and refunds do not apply to products that are not defective
- Products with technical defects are covered under the manufacturer's warranty policy
II. Warranty Policy
1. Covered items:
- Product failure caused by a technical defect in the unit
- The customer must retain the invoice and warranty card (if the product is covered by a warranty card)
- The product is within the warranty period set by the manufacturer, counted from the purchase date and registered on the warranty card or the accompanying invoice. If the customer has not registered the product or has lost the invoice, the product is covered from the manufacturing date printed on the warranty card
- The information on the warranty card must not be altered or erased, and the serial number and model of the unit must match those recorded on the warranty card or accompanying documents
2. Items not covered:
- Product damage not caused by a technical defect (e.g., natural disasters, fire, lightning strikes, ...)
- Product rust or corrosion caused by liquid spills, or damage caused by insects
- Product installed or operated incorrectly, connected to the wrong power source, or used with unstable voltage
- Product whose warranty has expired, or that has no valid warranty card or accompanying documents
- Product damage caused by impact or collision
- Accessories included with the product are not covered
- Products with missing parts, or that have been repaired at locations other than the manufacturer's designated warranty service centers
